CoachDesk ("we", "us", "our") operates the CoachDesk platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

• Account data you provide directly — name, email, password, profile details, business information, and any content you create (clients, quizzes, funnels, posts, messages).
• Integration data from third-party services you connect (Google, LinkedIn, Zoom, Calendly, Stripe, etc.), limited to the scopes you grant.
• Usage data such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To send transactional and, where you've opted in, marketing emails.
• To generate AI-assisted content you request inside the product.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with sub-processors who help us run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payments, AI providers) under contractual confidentiality, or when required by law.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Gmail, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Zoom), we access only the scopes you authorize and use that data solely to power the features you've enabled. You can revoke access at any time from Settings → Integrations or directly with the provider.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
